Invoicing in brand name
Can we make Invoices in Brand name? or its compulsory to make invoice in legal name?

I have a company in the name of ABC. And I have a brand in the name of DEF. So my question is Can i make invoice in the name of DEF?
no.................. if your company is registered under ABC , you can't make invoices under another name ............
Legal name is seperate.
Yes you can Raise invoice on Brand Name but GSTN must be mentioned as per Legal Name
Gstn must be mentioned when registration had been made.
