I am Raj Pawar, Working as freelace web design, development and SEO, i don't have any registred office, i use my personal account to take all payments and issue receipt name of TEKASEO, one of my client asked me to give bill invoice of SEO serivce can i Issue bill / Invoice with name of TEKASEO, if not then any sugesstion so that i can take payment from that company.

yES YOU CAN ISSUE INVOICE IN YOUR NAME AS APROFESSIONAL. THERE IS NO NEED OF MAKING A COMPANY OR HAVING REGISTERED OFFICE FOR INDIVIDUAL. BUT IF YOU CROSS THE LIMIT OF SERVICE TAX , YOU WILL HAVE TO REGISTER WITH SERVICE TAX DEPARTMENT FOR THE SAME.
a little confusion please clear, I wants to use name TEKASEO can i use this ?
You can even use the trade name of your business on your invoice and mention under that:
For xxxx
Proprietor
which will include your signature as a proprietor of the trade you want others to be known as. Also keep in mind other points mentioned by Jatin.
