Invoice v/s Bill

whn a trader sells goods on credit ,he prepares a sale invoice contains party name ,quantity,price & total amt of sale .its original copy is called BILL & duplicate copy is called INVOICE ,which trader keeps with himself

Difficult question, particulary when we are not able to define simple terms like "manufacture", "sale" or "law".
