Can a supplier make a single invoice with sale of goods and sale of service with two different rates?

Yes, you can prepare single invoice with multiple rate Goods/services..

But I want to know that sale of goods and service show in single invoice?

Yes, there is possibility to make single invoice for both goods and services together with different rates but make sure rates should levied correspondingly.

Under descripttion you may mention separately.

Invoice will be prepared normally how you prepare .

there will be 2 line items.

Yes, Supplier can make a single invoice with sale of goods and sale of service with two different rates.... except it's composite or mixed Supply as per Section 8 of CGST Act, 2017.
