| Aims and Scope: |
The Journal on Management and Accounting Research is a forum for original articles and case studies in the area of Management, Management Accounting, Business and Financial Management. The publication is an international level magazine, which publish top-level work from all areas of theories, research and practical applications concerning relevant issues relating to the subject. Areas and sub areas of interest include the following;
- Management accounting
- Business models
- Strategic planning and management
- Financial management (various areas including case studies, latest techniques)
- Resource raising
- Valuation of shares, Businesses, Brands, IPOs generally and may be with industry/sector focus.
- Financial models, Financial engineering
- Private equity funds
- Derivatives
- Leadership and other Management skills and techniques
- Risk management
- DNA of CFO,DNA of Management Accountant
- The role of a Chartered Accountant in Management Accounting
- Reporting models (Balanced Scorecard, Strategic Scorecard, GRI model for Sustainable Reporting etc)
- Any other area or special topics of Management, Management Accounting and Financial Management.

Guidelines for Authors
The authors should send three copies of the manuscriptt which should be typed double spaced on A4 size paper with 1 inch margin all around. In order to facilitate the blind review process, the author should not mention his/her name on the body of the manuscriptt.
The following needs to be sent along with the copy of the manuscriptt;
- An abstract of 75-100 words.
- A brief biographical sketch (60-80 words) of the author describing current designation, specialisation, number of books and articles in refereed journals and membership of editorial boards etc.

| Authors are requested to provide all Tables, Charts, and Graphs etc on separate sheets with titles. References should be complete in all respects and arranged in an alphabetical order in order to facilitate effective reading. In case of use of copyright material, the authors should be precise in reproduction and should have obtained prior permission for the use of the same. Articles published in the magazine should not be reproduced or reprinted in any other form without prior written permission of the Editor. |

| The author shall be paid an honorarium of Rs 5,000/ for every article published in the Journal. A special award or compensation can be considered for extraordinary quality Articles. Hard copies along with soft copies of Papers may be sent to the following; |
