Investment proof submission for police last date

Hello,

My dad is in Police and he is not aware of last date of Investment proof submission date.

he has inquired about the date on 9th Jan 2015 and they are saying date is already gone.

Can you please assist is there any way to declare proofs now? is there any online site where we can submit this proofs for mumbai police?

Also what documents govt employees need to submit the declare investments?
