i am doing articleship. Can i take loan from my father or gift from my father & invest in share market?

 

Or

For that any formalities reqd with ICAI.

As per my knowledge u have to inform institute only if u r  a director or partner in any family bsiness?

pls provide reqd infor. Thanx in advance

you can .There is no such prov in act that you cant take a loan and invest in shares ..you can do it and for your 2nd querry i am sorry i am not aware its better you can call to icai office and ask them they will be give you best suggestion

hey, the ICAI has got nothing to do with your investments. this is a completely personal matter and therefore go and grab you chance of investing in the bull market. Opportunity never knocks twice. All the best.
