Sandeep for this i would like to suggest you that consult with C.A in practice because its depend upon your nature of income and other things.
Still if you want to know for refund
1.File a request letter coating PAN No,
2.Date of filing of return
3.Acknowledge no along with Xerox copy of that IT return of relevent ass year
4.File it to relevent Ward or Circle or range.
