Income tax Department Sent Notice U/S 139(9) , I Can’t Given Answer of this Notice
File belated return
The return filed by you was aready belated one..you can file again upto 31.03.2018
How Can I Filed belated Return?
Just file your return normally in response to notice u/s 139(9).
It is possible file the return second time,
If Yes so Revise or original,
Can I file this return u/s 119(2)(b)/92CD ? Department give this option
invalidated return can be filed within 30 days of notice generated under sec 139(9)
