Each Time I am trying to uplad XML file,I am getting rejection with the remark,"Invalid XML,Use latest Utility,"Earlier also I used to file in the same manner,but this time facing constant problem

Update Java on your system..........
Download the ITR utility again (lastly updated on efilling site)
Regenerate XML file in the extracted new utility.......
It will definitely get uploaded......
