Invalid xml. please generate xml using latest utility while filing itr2

I have generated X M L using the latest utility software available ie on 11.07.19 on Income tax website.

While uploading that X M L while it is showing error "Invalid X M L. please generate X M L using latest utility".

I m clueless about this error.

Income Tax department has recently updated few ITR utilities including ITR 2 on 12/07/2019, just open your XML in new utility and save it again as XML with new utility and upload.
If you're uploading using any software then make sure that software has been updated with new version of utilities

I am also facing the same problem. It is such a frustrating thing because the xls utility is latest (11-7-2019) PR2 downloaded from income tax website. Did anyone find a solution to this issue? Irony is that the xls utility is shwoing no errors and perfectly generating X M L. It is when we try to upload on efiling website, we get this crappy error. Useless. The deadline is 31-july and they cant even make a form that can work properly as on 18-july. Tax department guys, are you listening?
