Dear Sir,

I am trying to upload ITR-4 this time, but getting the same error as I was getting earlier - "Invalid XML. Generate XML again using latest utility". Can we fill ITR-4 also directly through Income Tax e-filing portal?

I didn't know what exactly happen in your case. So i m sharing with u some useful tools which is helpful for u ( search in youtube who to file  ITR 4 filing, use ITR 4 utility instruction, Tax Return Prepare TRP help desk number:-1800 102 3738 or income tax e-filling contact number :-1800 180 1961)

Hello Sir,

I e-filed ITR 4S through Income tax efiling portal. When trying to everify the return, I do not get the option of getting EVC on email address. Neither, Income is greater than 5 Lakh, nor it is a case of refund. Can't figure out why not getting this option. Can you please help?

I don't know why you are getting error, once complete each page validate sheet, if excel utility not possible try java utility.  

Normally if change in schema you will face problem, each time you have to download latest excel utility and try to generate X M L.
