Invalid schema error while uploading itr2

I am uploading ITR2 through XML. However, it is throwing me error msg - invalid schema.

At line no.172 ITRForm: Schedule HP 'One of  {'http;//incometaxindiaefilling.gov.in/master":State code}' is expected.

I have reselected the state few times and entered state code. Also, I have re-downloaded the template twice in two days and used latest template but the issue still persists.

Can anyone of you pls assist in rectifying.
