Invalid return

Hello All,

I forgot to send the signed copy of ITRV for the assessment year 2016-17 & 2017-18, and now when i download the ITRV it is showing "Invalid" as watermark on the document, i am confused as what to do now. I have already signed and send the copy to CPC today, but i am still unsure as what to do. 

Please help me.

after some day you check the status of acknowledgement , it will show received after the date and you will have to file condo nation for delay which they may be accept after 1 month or more

file a revised return u/s139 (5) and do e verification without waiting for them to receive the form physically
