Due to delay e-verify for AY 17-18 & 18-19 ITR-V Shows Invalid.
pl. suggest how ITR succesfully file and get refund back for above AY.

For AY 17-18 it's not possible for filing ITR because last date was already over including belated return also.
For AY 18-19 also it's not possible for filing ITR because last date was already over including belated return also.

No you cannot file the returns for AY 2017-18 and AY 2018-19 now. It is time barred.
TDS deducted in these FYs cannot be claimed as refund now.
