Invalid entry in my 26as - how to get it fixed

Hello Experts

I am seeing a totally invalid entry in my 26AS, should be by mistake by some deductor. I can see the NAME and PAN no there, how should i get it fixed -  Via TIN Folks / Income Tax / Directly with Deductee (but how do i reach him)

Any help is appreciated.

Though nothing can be done, without the rectification of challan details by the deductor.....
