When a Professional he/she is a partner in any Proff Firm He/she is there in a capacity of a partner & any signature done is on behalf of the firm that does not mean that such Practicing person has lost his Right to practice or work in his Individual capacity also, Else no person would have been Partners in Multiple firms.
