If some one has auto swipe account in saving account and tds deducted from intrest so can i take deduction of 80TTA

No it is treated as interest on deposits as TDS is deducted u/s 194A by bank. 80TTA will not be applicable. However if assessee is senior citizen then you can claim deduction u/s 80TTB.
