Intraday Transcation Capital gain.

Dear Sir,

I have invested some amount in shares market and purchased some shares via delivery. Trading is not my earning. Main income Source from Salary. In My demat account profit and loss statement approximately have 50 Transcation. out of 50 Transcation 1 Transcation related to Itraday purchase price 470/- sale price 434/- loss Rs.36/-
So can I show all transactions include intraday in ITR2 Capital gain.




please suggest Sir,

1. if capital gain not shown then it's better to select itr 1

@ Sabyasachi i am asking I have done one interaday transaction and rest delivery basic. can I show all under ITR2 schulude 111A

@ Nisha kathuria, he is only playing trial error on caclub, so ignore him.

You can show such transaction as capital gain but it is not the write way for declaration. Personally I suggest to declare it in speculation profit only.

Respected Rashmi Mem,
it's only one transcation related to Itraday small amount.i have no other business income. income from salary and interest from FD. if I show all include intraday single transcation in Capital gain can I face any issues from IT department.
please provide your valuable advise.

Just frankly speaking I have also done in 1-2 cases, but till date no notice received but it is not the right way.

Bring the facts before assessee and do the same, there will be no issue.
