Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies tax implications for Intraday and Futures & Options (F&O) trading. Losses from these activities cannot be declared under Section 44AD. Traders must declare a minimum profit of 6% (or 8%) on their turnover and pay tax accordingly, or declare losses separately. The option to declare losses under Section 44AD and carry them forward is not applicable.

Loss cannot be declared under Sec. 44AD of the act. Minimum 6% profit need to be declared.

Yes I agreed with Mr Dhirajalal Rambhia Sir.
Either you can declare 8% / 6% profit on turnover and pay tax or you declare loss.

Both are different
