If someone filed his itr intime but failed to send itrv /e verification wthin 120 day. after 120 dayes hi e verify than his return will be considered intime or belated.

in time or either you send your itr with duly signed by post to cpc bengaluru address it will be processed with in 1 month and it is treated as your return was received or processed in time.
