my client filed IT Return for 20-21 AY. and ITR Processed. and refund intimation rec'd.
but intimation in PDF format not available in IT portal when he login.

You can access the ITR acknowledgement under loggin on ITR portal

Yes, I have come across cases too where intimations are not available on the Income Tax website. However, your client would have received a mail regarding this intimation and the order will be attached in that mail.
You can place a request for intimation also on the portal.
Intimation is send on mail id given in profile section, you may submit request again to get intimation, after some time intimation is sent on e mail id given in profile
Please check your mail id also
