Intimation u/s 143(1)

Hello Sir,

I have received an intimation u/s 143(1) for my ITR1 in which there is 1 rs mismatch in the self assessment tax as shown in the attached snapshot. it's status is "ITR Processed" but when i am checking the acknowledgement details of my return, in the latest update there is a link "Click here to submit rectification request". I have attached the screenshot for the same also.

Now i am confused whether i need to do anything or it's already completed successfully. Please guide me.
