Reason for non-consideration of TDS need to be ascertain first. Without physical verification of all the parameters, it would be difficult to provide exact solution.

Check the flag over the TDS in form 26AS. Secondly whether the relevant income is declared for assessment? Whether the claim was entertained in ITR by tick in schedule TDS2 with the head under which the income declared?

Any reason mentioned in intimation for not allowing the TDS claim?
