Intimation 143 problem

Dear experts, I filled A. Y 2020-21 ITR 13.10.2020. Business income 351580/- but we received intimation 143 (1) show "Total income as provided by Taxpayer 351580/-. As Computed U/s 143 (1) 37133610/- demand raise 17947440/- please suggest

Check the downloaded copy of the ITR, and check for the mistake if any.

If file return is correct for aggregate income Rs. 3,51,580/- File rectification request.
