Yes... It's received for every person who don't have mismatches for the computation of Taxpayer and Dept...
Actually every filed return is processed under section 143(1), hence whether there is mismatch or not every taxpayer get this Order by default

When a return is being processed and AO if considers it necessary , shall serve on the assessee a notice under 143(2) then there won't be an intimation ( not an order) under 143(1) .
Returns filed under 139 are processed either under 143(1) read with 143(1A) or 143(2) .
