Hi all,

My accountant given his email id & mobile number in ITR form, now ITR processed and intimation sent to his email id. but he is denying to give me intimation.

The bank IFSC Code filled wrong by my accountant but account number is correct and there is refund due.

I have submit the request for intimation on efiling website. Will I received the intimation on my registered email id in the efiling website or not? if yes, how long it takes to received

Please help me in the matter.

In your case i.e. you call the customer case and brief you activities and worked on their opinions. Further there is long time taken because send email ID on your Registered Email.

Change the email and password of your online incometaxindiaefiling account. You will have to change the bank details.

finally i got the intimation, 

my bank ifsc code is incorrect in itr but account no is correct and the refund not credited to my account

should i send refund reissue request now or after refund returned/fail status?

Income tax department not given refund incase of forgery details
You should process the refund reissue request by applying communication number and refund sequence number
You have the right to change the bank detail as well as option to get your refund online mode(Neft) or paper mode (by cheque)
