Pls help me.
Kindly tell me the interview questions that can be asked from a CS in interview.
I know the questions depends up on the type of company i.e. listed n unlisted and the type n the matters going on in the company, but stil pls tell me some general sort of questions, sections etc... (from the point of view of limited co. n listed co.)

I want to knw the questions that relate to our field of study. I mean questions related to Co. Law, FEMA, RBI etc..
hey shridhi....i dnt knw wht they will ask if u r searching fr job as a CS.....
bt for article ship in any public or listed company they normally ask abt Meetings.....listing agreement.....directors....company formation....some new amendment if any......MOA/AOA..... various forms required to be filed......etc etc.....
