 Smart work.... according to me... you should first tell the purpose of doing any kind of work... i.e the core or underlying objective behind it... relate the topic more wid examples n general surroundings....tell the basic difference b/w a smart worker & a hard worker n end wid the conclusion that a person is well equipped if he is Smart person ready to do Hard work smartly.... the term Smart work is more expose to personalization....so try 2 justify urself wid examples....
