Dear Devangi, You can prepare topics such as TDS, deductions under chapter VI and other parts of the Tax Audit Report....(since it is tax audit) Also, apart from this, go through the recent notifications, such as No TDS on Service Tax etc. You can also refer to the provisions relating to auditors under the companies act 2013... incase you need any help..pls ask

Devangi...As such i am not aware of any particular website, which has all this compiled at one place...

 

but what you can do is, go through the whole tax audit report and thouroughly prepare for it...

 

and there incase you have any queries..feel free to ask...
