thanx for reply Raj Kumar .. Dear i have consulted some people they responsed same to me " that anyone cant sell even a Rs.1 product outside their state without Vat/Cst registration" . Is there any variation in Rules & Laws for physical face to face selling Or online selling through a website ? please reply
