interstate purchase by unregistered dealer
Can a unregistered dealer whose turnover is less than 20 lakh purchase the good from from ouside state and sell the same in within state?

ya he can purchase from out of state whereas he is restricted to sell interstate. however those unregistered who purchase interstate attracts RCM.
