interstate insulation service ( work contract)

Dear CACLUB TEAM,

I am a contractor registerd in punjab.
i have to provide interstate insulation services under work contract. for insulation services i have to use 5 to 8 items like alum sheet, screw, primer, fiber glass, puf, glass wool.
After installing that material take measurement & raise to INVOICE.

My question ?

1. what will be the procedure to dispatch the material?

2 what about E WAY BILL?
