Quick Summary
This discussion explores the accounting treatment for interest paid on a term loan. The core question is whether the annual interest of Rs. 560,000 can be transferred to the capital account or if it must be shown in the Profit & Loss account. The consensus suggests that if the loan is for business purposes, the interest should be debited to the P&L account; otherwise, it might be considered part of drawings.

if loan taken for the business than it will be transfer in P&L account. Otherwise it will be part of drawings.
