1. A relative of Director was appointed as a CEO of the company.
2. A relative of Director is to be appointed as a CEO of the company
and also describes the procedure to be followed for such appointments.
Please mention only the meaning of questions.Don't give details of provisions

A Relative of director was appointed as CEo at remuneration of Rs. 3000000.Please Describe the procedures to follow for such appointement.
According to me, the Question Language is saying that Relative has been appointed and after that appointment, Procedures to be followe after such appointments.
