Interplant transfer of material
One unit is having no of plant on Same premises. With single registration. If one plant sales material to other plant then it is without duty or on payments of duty

Is it connected to the same building/Premises or is it there any gap between the plants.

There are plants at some distance in same place with single registration
Leave aside same or onther unit, If you sold these material (Exciseble Goods) & generate Excise Invoice, then it is consider Sales (Removable of Exciseble Goods) & it must be with payment of duty.
