Dear Sir,
A person was resident of India for 3 months in previous year. He had salary income from there. He was ordinary resident for past all years.
He had gone to Romania and worked there. Romania Govornment demand for Resident Tax Certificate for salary income from India.
Please explain me what is Resident Tax Certificate and how can he obtain them?
