Internal Audit report format required

open a site of any popular company and view their audit report. i think this might give u an idea. refer any auditing book for the content.

There is no format. The format is determined by the management to whom report is submitted and the auditor who submits the report.

This is Ganesan from Chennai. There is no specific format for internal audits Report. U can not get any sample Reports because the Report is very secret in nature. It can be submitted only to the Board. Pl refer any auditing book for doing internal audit, accordingly take observations from audit and make your report.
