1. Nature of Business

2. Revenue :

a. System of revenue generation

b. Various controlling points

c. Possible area of revenue leakages

d.Involvement of key personnel

e.Internal control policy and present status.

f.Overall scrutiny of documentation.

3. System Improvemnet ( Always searching for better than present)

Yaa, this types of Checklist was always available. You have to make search for it or you have developed himself by applying own mind. Example:

Internal Audit of Purchase:

1. Purchase department structure

2. Purchase controlling points

3. Authorisation level for Purchase

4. Purchase Policy

5.Purchase Procedure

a. Purchase Reqisition

b. Analysis of purchase needs

c. Enquiry from Market or in house production

d. Quotation and Comparision and Selection of best in quality and cheap in rate.

e. Final order and Purchase Order preparation.

f. Proper entry in system and control over delivery schedule.

Too many points are still remaining. It is just example.
