Intermediate students - Query for May 2008 PE2

1. You are eligible to appear in PEII May 08. 2. You can migrate to PCC by the transition scheme. 3. May 08 will have assessment year 08-09. Good Luck.

Dear Mr. Kapil, The institute had relaxed maximum number of attepmts in PE- II examination by providing additional 5 attempts till November-2007. Since this additional attempts have been fully exhausted with the end of November -07 term,what would be the status of old students. 1.Are they still eligible to appear PE-II in May-08 even if they have not cleared any group after giving examintions in those 5 additional attempts ? 2.Are those students who have cleared 1 group of PE-II eligible to appear in PE- II may-08 attempts. 3.Do they need to register afresh and clear CPT and re do the articlship training? Sir, I have registered in pe2 course on January 2004. Nov 2007 exam was my 6th attempts. I could not passed any group of pe2, i m worried about the remaining attempts. Please give knowledge about remaining attempts. Regards Mukesh Kumar

you can appear last term in PE-II Exam in May,2008. After that you have to be get converted in CPT. If u have completed your article ship you don't have to do it again. If you have completed part of it then you will do rest of the period before appearing in Final Exam. GOOD LUCK Fro May,2008 term.

sir, i have registered in intermediate course on August 2000 & complete my articleship training on August 2003.From Nov 2000 to NOV 2007 i already appered intermediate& PEII EXAM.i also passed one Group of PEII Exam.whether am I eligible to take exam's that will be held in MAY 2008?

This(May2008) will be my second attempt and last Pe2 exam.Whats next????

in the market the books available for may 2008 exam for income tax have the same slab rates of 2007-08 even in the book of singania. so for which slab rate i should get prepared
