Intermediate (Old Syllabus) - May 1994

I had cleared Group-I in intermediate under old syllabus (Paragraph 2 of Schedule B comprising for 4 papers a) Accounting, b) Accounting & Elements of Income tax c) Cost Accounting d) Auditing in May 1994. Kindly clarify whether I get the exemption from the papers which I cleared in Group-I under the new scheme. Thanking you Kumar

Yes you get the exemption only if you have cleared all the four papers with aggregate 50%. You can write the exams for Group II, revalidate the CC if your CC has expired. You also need to follow the process of De-novo registration. This will attract a fee of Rs.2000/- only.
