and according to recent statistical datas every 7th chartered Accountant has formed a Comapnmy separate from his/her own practice carrying out numerous professional work such as TDS, MCAs, project report, finance and tax consultancy, CMAs etc....
and even if you are not agree then form a profesiional company whenever you will be a chartered accountant
