Any number ending on 5 like 25, 35, 125, 95, If you want to find its squre, then
Lets take example of 25 only...
First write the square of unit's place number i.e 5, which comes to 5*5=25
Now multiply the ten's digit number with its successor...
like here, multiply 2 with its successor i.e 3 = 6
Put it ahead of 25
So your answer would be 625... you can do this with any number ending on 5...
