Quick Summary
This discussion concerns ABC LTD's failure to report March 2021 sales (valued at £1.2 million with 18% tax) in their GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filings. The user is seeking to understand the interest liability if these sales are declared in August 2021, referencing Section 50(3) of the CGST Act 2017 and requesting clarification on interest calculation based on bill and filing dates.

1200000 X 18% X 18% X 153/365
Sec 50 (3) of CGST ACT 2017
Days calculation ? Because Bill Date 6 March 2021 and Shown GSTR -1 portal 7 sep 2021

Interest depends upon dates of filing of GSTR3B

Thanks Zafar Sir
