Interest rate on late payment of st
Dear seniors,
please let me know the interest rate on late payment of service tax. we have collected the service tax from the service recepient but not paid.
on the other side total value of service provided in not exceeding Rs. 60Lacs.

Rate of interest, in this case, will be 21% pa (24 - 3)
