There are two types of interest codes in the TR-6 challan which type of interest code is to be written for making the late payment of S.T. what is the other code for which purpose means is it for penalty payment?

The interest code will be next of your accounting code suppose if your accounting code is 00440072 for architech services then your Interest or penalty code will be 00440073 and education cess code will be same for all the services 00440298.

We are engineering service provider

we under take Machinig job work and also Under take Hard Chrome Plating on many of these jobs

am i laiable to pay service charge? and from which year even if we have not collected the same

what would the the interest and penalty appilcale

please advuce

the others in challan means for any penalty imposed for late return submission and son on for other error..

if an assesee is providing taxable services during the year and he is not registered under service tax for that year say FY2010-11 and subsequently in next year registered under service tax. now he wants to submitt the return of ST of the year 2010-11 what will be the procedure? plz tell or send the answer at sushilca.837 @ gmail.com. thanks
