interest on late payment of GST is to be paid till the date of payment or till the date of offset of payment or till the date of submit of GSTR-3B or till the date of filing of GSTR-3B?

It is till the date of offsetting. Depositing of money in the electronic cash ledger is merely a deposit of money and doea not amount to payment of tax. Therefore, interest is payable upto the time it is offset
