hello , i am filing my ITR 2 . i have updated interest on home loan 200000 under Income from house property . But this ideally should come as deduction in final computation but the same is showing as Carried forward loss . can some one guide me if i am doing something wrong here.

Do you have sufficient income to set this off? If not, loss will be carried forward to subsequent years.
