Composition dealer cannot do ínter state supplies.

No composition dealer cannot do interstate supply as composition scheme is available for intra state
composition dealer should not make inter state sales. only can do intra state supply. if so inter state sale then he has to convert regular scheme.
As per Section 10 (2) CGST ACT
[c] he is not engaged in making any inter-State outward supplies of goods;
Cannot do interstate outward supply
[c] he is not engaged in making any inter-State outward supplies of goods;
