A composition dealer can't make inter state sale. Can we expect the govt. Proposal to allow composition dealer to make inter state sale come into force.
So many small business people doing their businesses in the border areas of each state, they used to sell their products in both the states.
How far this is correct to restrict them from doing their businesses. It's difficult to small business people to go for regular gst registration. It's because bargaining system exit in small businesses. They can't collect tax separately, selling price will be in the hands of customers.
What is the main reason why the government restricting such sales by composition dealer. Is there any chance to allow such sales in near future.
